This was the week of reality. The reality of swimming 4 times a week after not swimming for a whole year. The reality that swimming 400m in the ocean feels harder than 1km in the pool. I discovered this week that when swimming distance in the ocean my breathing became very shallow and distressed ... not helpful!
Will need to ask how to overcome this or I will struggle to swim even 1km let alone 2km.
The reality that training is going to get harder very soon and I need to maintain this for the next 10 weeks or so.

Fundraising is going very well. I had a fundraising party over the weekend which was a lot of fun and very effective. I am yet to bank the money so it does not show in total above. Thank you to everyone who has been contributing :)
